- 50ml of Adega Velha 12 Years Old;
- 20ml of egg white;
- 25ml of lemon juice;
- 20ml of sugar syrup (sugar diluted in hot water);
- Chocolate and orange.
Prepare in a shaker, adding ice and Adega Velha 12 Years Old. Then add the sugar syrup, lemon juice, and finish with egg white. Shake well and strain. Garnish with chocolate nibs and orange zest.
